The height of the plumeria when we sell it will depend on the plumeria's growing habit. A Dwarf typically will be 8-10" from the soil line, compact growers will typically be 12-16" and the tall growers could be as much as 24" from the soil line.
It also depend on how long it has been ready to sell. For example popular plumeria that sell quickly will be a little shorter than plumeria that have longer to grow on our sales benches.
Our standard practice is to select the largest plumeria to shipping.
