Plumeria require full sun. Yellow leaves can be caused by not enough water or by too much water.
If you have them in a air conditioned area, I would suspect the aren't getting enough water. You should water when the soil is almost dry and mist the leaves if under air conditioning.
The yellow spots at the leaf nodes are excess latex and not a problem. Some plumeria produce more than others.
