How do I cut off dead ends of my plumeria?
My Plulmeria (5 1/2 ft tall in a pot) over-wintered well, as it usually does in my basement every year. I moved it from my basement in Phila., PA to my new home in Texas in May 2019. The basement in Phila. is temperature controlled whereas my garage in Texas is not. Weather was unusually cold and so was the garage. Temps are now 50 degrees & up. I repotted the tree & watered it and it is outside now. One 5" stem looks shriveled and dead..So does about 3" of another stem. I see the end of a healthy stem has new growth. How do I remove the dead stems
