Unlike rooting a cutting, grafting a cutting does not slow down the blooming process, many time we will graft a plumeria because we want to save the inflorescence. Each Plumeria has it's own blooming schedule and will bloom if grown in full sun with proper care.
But most grafted plumeria will bloom within a year after grafting, Many bloom in the sale growing season after grafting.
